1818 N-1 R2 PCGS graded MS64BN. PCGS graded MS-64 Brown. Frosty light olive brown with hints of sea green overtone very delicately mottled with slightly darker chocolate brown toning on the upper part of the obverse, including a splash of slightly darker brown toning just right of star 5. The surfaces are satiny and lustrous. Late die state with a series of small rim cud breaks extending from star 3 to halfway between stars 4 & 5, and these cuds are slightly stronger than those on the previous example. Called MS60 and tied for CC#4 in the Noyes census, his photo #21483. Bland says MS60+ and tied for CC#6. Our grade is MS60+. PCGS Population 1; 1 finer in 66BN.
