1818 N-1 R2 PCGS graded MS66BN. PCGS graded MS-66 Brown. The obverse is a very attractive lustrous bluish steel brown and chocolate with faded mint color showing in protected areas while the reverse is a uniform frosty lighter medium brown. The surfaces are satiny and virtually void of defects. The best identifying marks are a small, faint spot of slightly darker toning left of star 1 and a few specks of similar toning between stars 12 & 13. M-LDS with some tiny rim cud breaks from star 3 to midway between stars 4 & 5. Called MS63 and tied for CC#2 in the Bland census. Noyes says MS60 net AU55 and CC#7, his photo #21738. Our grade is MS62+. PCGS Population 1; none finer.
