1833 N-2 R2 PCGS graded MS65RB. PCGS graded MS-65 Red & Brown. The obverse is lustrous bright mint red fading to bluish steel brown on the highpoints, nearly two-thirds of the red remaining. The reverse is satiny bluish steel with faded mint color in protected areas. Great eye appeal with only a few microscopic marks, including a faint spot of darker toning over the E in UNITED. Sharply struck EDS with the reverse rotated 35 degrees CW. Called MS65 choice and CC#2 in the Noyes census, his photo #20929. Bland says MS65+ and tied for CC#1. Our grade is MS65. PCGS Population 1; 1 finer in 66RB.
