1863, $10 United States Note. PCGS Currency New 62PPQ. . Fr-95b. A lovely high grade example of this early type that is extremely scarce in Uncirculated grades, this piece displays bold embossing and striking originality. The cream colored paper contrasts beautifully with the bright inks and colors. A couple of corner bends are all that prevent a higher grade. PCGS Currency has thus far graded only eight Uncirculated examples of this number total, with just four pieces finer than this one.
