1917, $2 United States Note. PCGS Currency Superb Gem New 67PPQ. . Fr-60. . KL-120. The margins on Fr. 60s are usually very tight, as there was very little room on the plates between each note. This example has wondrous margins for this number, broad and even all around. Even though this is one of the more common Legal Tenders and is probably the single most common Large Size $2 number, it is anything but common in this grade. PCGS has graded just six pieces 67PPQ, with none finer to date.
