1926-S Oregon Trail Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-66 CAC Approved. Attractive delicate golden and blue toning on both sides. Silver satin luster underneath on a well presented and fully struck example. Elusive as a '66 Gem and better. Soft-edged devices and lettering throughout the centers are often found on this issue due to strike problems where high points on one side conflict with high points on the other side; however, a small percentage of this year's Oregon Trail production is found with enough convincing detail to be called "bold" and this is one such coin!
