Gold-gold satin frost is boldly hypnotic on this fresh-appearing Gem of the modified (low relief) No Motto style introduced this year. Since our observation is that this date is rarely fully struck, then this above-average coin has every suggestion of precision manufacture as seen in main devices (PCGS # 9141) .
