1857-O Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded MS-66 Premium Quality. This wonderful dime from ole New Orleans shares the limelight at the top of the grading heap with a few others, but anything better than this must walk on water! The luster is hard, producing semi-prooflike fields. The strike is as crisp as can be--every detail is full. The rims and denticles are sharp. The few microscopic ticks on Liberty are offset by gorgeous multicolored iridescent toning, ranging from deep blue to magenta and light gold. As we said at the start, wonderful!.
