Skylab 3, 1973, Launch Cover. A limited edition #10 cover (No. 000002 in red) used with Skylab 3 "Wives" Patch decal cachet and a Merritt Island August 25th machine magenta cancel. The cover is autographed around the "Wives" Patch cachet by crew wives Sue Bean, Helen Garriott, Gratia Lousma as well as by Patch designer Ardis Shanks. The cover is also signed and numbered (#000002 out of 7) in pencil by hand on the reverse by the designer. The cover has a typed address to the patch designer and an address label of the patch producer, Jacques Tiziou, is on the flap. Rare.
