1878 Morgan Dollar. 7 tail feathers, reverse of 1878. PCGS graded MS-65. A lovely frosty white coin. Fully lustrous -- an important and determining feature for this not all that rare issue -- the surfaces display dominant pearl-white color. Pop 445; 21 finer in 66. (PCGS # 7074) .
