Lot 782

1866-S Liberty Seated Half Dime. PCGS graded MS-65. Well struck with a full defined head on Liberty. A frosty mint gem with attractive light toning. More to this point, t his is a fantastic coin rarely seen in Gem condition, with riveting appeal from unmolested fields. A generous amount of crisp detail for the type as well, including those areas with the usual weak metal flows into the deepest channels of the dies leaving the centers bold. Light die clash marks in evidence on both sides. Pop 6; 3 finer with 2 in 66, 1 in 67 (PCGS # 4389) .
Estimated Value $3,500 - 3,800.
