1807 C-1 R1. EF-40. Misaligned Dies. Frosty steel brown with lustrous lighter brown in protected areas and darker steel brown highpoints. The only marks are a few small, faint spots of darker toning scattered over the obverse and a collection of microscopic pinpricks at the leaf under TA in STATES. E-MDS, Manley state 1.0 late, with the obverse slightly misaligned to K-9 and the reverse rotated 15 degrees CCW. Seldom found in a die state this early.
