1804 C-1 R3. VF-35. Sharper by 5 points but lightly cleaned and expertly retoned glossy chocolate brown. The surfaces are smooth and there are only a few trivial contact marks, including a dull one that connects the second S in STATES to the adjacent O in OF. MDS, Manley state 2.0. The arcing die crack at the top of the reverse is strong and the area outlined by this crack is slightly raised suggestive of a retained cud.
