1798 S-164 R4. VG-10. Style I Hair with Small 8. Slightly sharper with a few too many light contact marks for the higher grade, including a nick at the bottom of the Y in LIBERTY. Glossy chocolate and light olive brown with medium brown toning in protected areas. The date and legends are complete and clear. MDS with obvious swelling at the lowest curl.
