1798 S-156 R5+ Basal State-1. Reverse of 1796. Glossy chocolate brown with darker chocolate toning at the date. This piece is heavily worn and most of the designs are gone, but the date is strong and there is enough detail remaining on both sides to be certain of the attribution. No corrosion or verdigris, but there is a significant dent near the center of the obverse and a sharp dig on the reverse near the rim at K-8. The single leaf feature at the top of the wreath remains visible.
