1798/7 S-151 R3 Overdate 8 over 7. VG-7. A few points sharper with several rim nicks and light rim bruises on each side plus a few small spots of shallow greenish corrosion on the obverse. The largest of the corrosion spots is in the field before the throat. Mostly glossy dark chocolate brown with light chocolate toning covering the devices. E-MDS, Breen state II. The strike was uneven with weakness at MERICA. Looks like the dies were not in parallel alignment for this one as everything else is strong. The overdate feature is bold.
