(1795) Washington Liberty & Security Penny Breen-1254. NGC graded MS-63 Brown. Frosty light chocolate brown with faded mint color peeking through in the protected areas on the obverse. A small spot under the G in WASHINGTON and a small spot of very fine greenish verdigris on the rim at the T in SECURITY are the only defects, and they are insignificant. The attribution as Breen-1254 assumes this piece has the common ASYLUM edge lettering, which can't be verified in the slab. NGC population 6 with 2 finer.
