Titus, A.D. 79-81. AE Semis minted perhaps in the Balkans, c. A.D. 80/1. Laureate head right of Titus or Vespasian. Reverse: Personification of Judaea mourning, sitting left of palm tree. RIC 141 [as Scarce]. C.112. H-795 var (obv. legend variant). Some pitting, mainly on periphery; About Fine/Nearly Very Fine.

The semis, or half as, is not a commonly seen denomination in Roman Imperial coinage. It was phased out completely after the reign of Hadrian.
