Lot 1697
1924-S $20 St. Gaudens. NGC graded MS-62. Nice and frosty and basically untoned. A choice Mint State example of this difficult S-mint issue. This piece is quite attractive for the assigned grade, being very well struck with pleasing reddish accents to the brilliant luster that covers the surface on both sides. A heavily melted date (PCGS # 9179) .
