1818 N-3 R3 Rotated Reverse. EF-45. Five points sharper but lightly cleaned and retoned frosty dark steel brown and chocolate with traces of lighter steel brown in protected areas. A very tiny nick under star 12 is the best identifying mark. MDS with the reverse rotated 80 degrees CCW.
