1800/79 S-192 R3 Overdate 80 over 79. VG-10. Style II Hair. Slightly glossy dark steel brown with traces of extremely faint roughness hidden under the natural patina. No verdigris, but there is a planchet chip on the rim before the nose and a thin planchet fissure down through the E in LIBERTY into the hair below, both as struck. The date and legends are strong and the overdate feature is obvious. EDS, Breen state I.
