Ten points sharper with a small dig in the field under the Y in LIBERTY, a dull dent on the top of the O in ONE, and a patch of minor roughness covering D-STATE into the leaves below. No verdigris and the remainder of the planchet is smooth and quite attractive. Frosty steel brown and chocolate. M-LDS, Breen state IV, with a triangular cud break at the rim before the face.
