1798 S-156 R5+. Fair-2 Plus. Style I Hair with Small 8. Reverse of 1796. The obverse is slightly better while the reverse is weaker. The date is strong but much of the reverse is worn smooth. The single leaves at the top of the wreath are faint but remain visible and most of STATES is easily readable. Glossy chocolate mixed with darker olive and steel brown. EDS, Breen state I.
