1797 S-133 R5 Stemless Wreath. VG-8. Sharpness F15 with very fine porosity on both sides, strongest in the field before the portrait. There are traces of very fine reddish verdigris in protected areas but no significant marks. Rather glossy dark olive brown with lighter steel brown toning covering the devices. The date is clear and the legends are strong. The stemless wreath feature is bold. E-MDS, Breen state II. Called VF20 net VG8 and tied for CC#13 in the Noyes census, his photo #25398.
