1793 S-11c R3- Wreath Cent with Lettered Edge. VG-7. Variety with a single leaf following DOLLAR. Several points sharper with very fine porosity covering the planchet and a few faint hairline scratches on the portrait, all blended into the natural patina. Dark steel brown with chocolate and slightly lighter steel brown toning on the highpoints. No verdigris or additional defects. The date and legends are complete and easily readable, although the denominator of the fraction is relatively weak. The edge lettering is strong and the single leaf following DOLLAR is clear.
