Russia. Gold Pocket Watch. 1895 Bordeaux Expo Prize Watch. With Russian gold fineness mark "56" and also "14K" in shield panel with impressed squirrel mark and serial number 284900. White porcelain face with roman numerals, the hour hand set with a tiny brilliant (or diamond?) Inside engraved as "Exposition Nationale Bordeaux, Le Fils De R. Picard Medaille D'Or 1895, No. 284900, Ancre Levees Visibles Spiral Brequet, Nickel". In excellent physical condition, but not tested for operation or accuracy.
