Female personification seated left, holding scales and cornucopia, arm resting on inscribed pillar. Reverse: Contstitution surmounted by quetzal, wreath and crossed weapons around. Remarkable, full strike. Devices softly lustrous on reflective to mirrored fields. Light die clash evident in obverse field. Rare date, of exceptional quality. Probably the finest known. NGC graded MS-64.
