1937 October 11, Alipore Flown Rocket Card. This thin card is hand-inscribed on the face "The World's First Boomerang Rocket Flight" with rocketeer Stephen Smith's initials below. He has also signed and numbered the violet flight cachet as well as signed on the reverse of the card. Only 170 cards flown. This is card was used for the illustration in the E-Z catalog. E-Z No. 33C1, 1996 cat. = $150.
