19th Century Pennsylvania Land Deeds. Four vellum land deeds from 1829, 1865, 1868, and 1869. The first, for land in Northampton County, has a decorative title, "The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania," a woodcut of the Penn. seal, and a lovely paper and wax seal, but has some small fold tears and toning. The three others are for land in Philadelphia; they have scalloped tops, red seals, and revenue stamps and are clean and very attractive.
