1934 Island of Scarp & Island of Harris, Flown Rocket Covers. Lot of two covers, individually franked by red or green rocket stamps (each with "Damaged by First Explosion at Scarp-Harris" handstamp on the reverse) as well as a black printed card showing the explosion. All three are signed by rocketeer G. Zucher. ALSO two similar covers flown on the July 31 "Isle of Harris" flight and franked by different red or green (signed G. Zucher) rocket stamps. ALSO one cover flown on the Dec. 19th "Lymington" flight with a machine cancel. A nice lot. E-Z No. 3C1, c2, D1, 4C1, C2, 5C1a, 1996 cat. = $220+.
