Hanukah, Lot of 15 Silver and Bronze Medals, 38mm. 9 of these are minted from 925 fine silver. This Jewish holiday celebrates the victory of the Maccabees. These medals generally feature a menorah with 8 candles, for the miracle of the Temple Menorah burning for 8 days even though there was only an oil supply for 1 day. 2 of the 15 medals are pictured. All but one are Brilliant Proof, with a few toned.
