Israel's First Coin-Stamps, Lot of 9 Privately Issued Bronze Medals, 1973, 40mm. Each medal pictures one of Israel's historic 1948 stamps featuring ancient coins. Issued by the Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Commemorative Medal Society with permission of the Ministry of Posts, State of Israel. These medals have gorgeous rainbow iridescent toning. Packaging calls these "silver" but there are no markings on the medals, nor do they look silver. Choice Proof.
