Delaware. May 31, 1760 40s. PCGS graded Apparent Fine 12, Stained, Repaired Horizontal Split. . Fr-DE-71. This scarce issue was printed in four denominations: 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. Only L4,000 total was issued for all four denominations. This example has a stain in the upper right corner and is repaired horizontally along the center, but the signatures and printing inks remain bold and clear.
