1827 Capped Bust Dime. . JR-13. NGC graded MS-63. Nice even toning on both sides with smooth surfaces below. On JR-1, the 7th star points to the top of the ribbon with LIBERTY on it. Pop 24; 67 finer, 40 in 64, 20 in 65, 5 in 66, 2 in 67 (PCGS # 4504) .
