1796 S-115 R3. Good-4. Draped Bust. Very slightly sharper with a strong, dull scratch from the T in CENT to the R in AMERICA. Covered with very fine roughness under a rather glossy patina of dark olive and lighter steel brown. The date is clear and the legends are easily readable except for LIBER, which is faint. M-LDS, Breen state VII, with a partially raised retained cud break at TY.
