1795 S-76a R5 Lettered Edge. Good-4. Sharpness VG8 but covered with fine corrosion, strongest on the reverse. No verdigris, and the only mark is a nick on the rim right of the Y. Slightly glossy dark olive and steel with chocolate brown highpoints. A few of the reverse highpoints show a lighter coppery tan color from a bit of rubbing. The date and legends are complete and easily readable, although parts are rather weak. The edge lettering is clear.
Estimated Value $300 - 500.
