Portugal, Spain and Colonies, 1850-1900. A collection of mint and used in mounts on Scott pages. The early classics of Spain and Portugal are well represented, with many better items cataloging $50-$500 (note a #49 used with Bloch certificate), also some later 19th century issues and a scattered selection of the colonies. Mixed condition with small faults on many of the better values, generally attractive f.-v.f. appearance.
