Appleton and Co., 1875, 2 vol. set, 405 and 409pp. With large folding map at back of vol. 2, 30" x 46½" titled, showing the military marches made by Sherman and his forces 1863-65. Bound in the original bright blue cloth binding, stamped in gilt and black. Bindings are tight, with some light wear, largely at the spine ends and corners, with some scuffing on the covers; otherwise a very good set.
