Rare World War I Aircraft Clock by Waltham. An instrument panel clock in black painted metal with white numerals and minute divisions on the black face and radium dots at five minute intervals for night vision. Marked on the front "8 Days A.S.S.C. U.S. Army Waltham." 2.75 inches in diameter, 1.125 inches tick with original glass and in excellent working condition. ASSC was the acronym for Air Service Signal Corps, the first title used for US military aviation.
