The captions are in German and English. 1) "Practice with Captive Balloon on Board of Torpedo Boats." A Kiel buoy in the foreground attests to the importance of the large German naval base there. 2) "H.M. Armored Cruiser Prince Bismarck", a powerful image of the great white ship plowing through a choppy sea. The first with a corner of the upper right margin missing, this not affecting the the image and border if matted and framed and a few very minor edge chips on the second. 2 pcs.
