Schuyler, Philip (1733-1804) General in the American Revolution, member of the Continental Congress, U.S. senator from New York, and father-in-law of Alexander Hamilton. ALS ("Ph: Schuyler"), 1p, 12" x 7½", 1790 Nov. 26. The document gives the power of attorney to Ezra Bull to enter the home of Francis Bum and take an inventory of Bum's belongings, which are to be sold if Bum does not pay money owed to Schuyler. Very good; affixed at top to board; two old fold repairs on verso.
