(Cabinet Members and Others). Thirteen items signed during the 1980s and 90s for the Russian Language Honors Class at Watervliet High School in New York. Three Secretaries of State signed official cards: Warren Christopher, Madeline Albright, and George P. Schultz, as did Vice President Dan Quayle, Secretary of Defense William J. Perry and Secretary of the Treasury Robert E. Rubin. Thoughtful letters (TLsS) were sent by National Security Advisor Robert C. McFarlane, FBI Director William H. Webster, former VP Spiro T. Agnew, and former Secretary of State Alexander M. Haig. Former VP Walter Mondale signed on the bottom of the teacher's request letter. All fine or better.
