1880-CC GSA Hoard. NGC graded MS-63. A nice frosty white example in a GSA holder, sold as part of the famous Government Services Administration release of Treasury dollars in the early to mid-1970s. Pieces like the present one have nice vibrant surfaces (PCGS # 8958) .
