1828 Classic Head Half Cent. 13 stars. . C-1 R1. NGC graded MS-64 Brown. Frosty medium brown with generous traces of mint color remaining on the reverse. A few tiny spots of darker toning show on both sides, mostly on the right side of the reverse, and there is a faint pinscratch right of the second S in STATES. Nicely struck E-MDS, Manley state 2.0. EAC grade AU58, very close to mint state.
