Scotland. Sixty Shillings, 1688. S.5634. James VII of Scotland (II of England). Struck in silver by Matthew Young (c.1828, restrike) from dies preparted by the engraver Roetthier. Plain edge. Laureate bust right, 60 below. Reverse: Crowned arms in the collar of the Order of the Thistle. Attractive old gray tone. NGC graded Proof 63.
