2003-A, $1 Federal Reserve Note. Shifted Face and Back Printings Error. PCGS Gem New 65PPQ. . Fr-1930-F. The face and back (first and second) printings were shifted, but the third printing (the overprint) is correctly aligned. This is a scarce error, and one that is especially sought after by collectors. This one is a real Gem, with bold originality and excellent eye appeal.
