1899, $1 Silver Certificate. CGA graded Gem Uncirculated 66. . Fr-226a. . KL-41. Well centered with bright white paper and contrasting bold colors, this Black Eagle appears to have no flaws save for some trivial corner bumps that can be seen after close inspection.
