1894-S $20 Liberty. PCGS graded MS-64. Lovely gold and orange toning on both sides. Well struck and choice for the grade. For that matter, "choice" may be too tame a word for this glowing specimen. This sort of coin makes a collector feel -- we don't know how to put it -- maybe "elated" is the right word. Certainly for an 1894-S double eagle it is among an elite few in its grade class. Pop 111; 1 in 65, none finer at PCGS (PCGS # 9026) .
