1827 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Square base 2. . O-118 Rarity 3. NGC graded MS-62. Even toning on both sides. Flat stars and few segments along the rim. Rarity 3. O-118. This Obverse 14 is very similar to Obverse 2, but on this one, star 2 points to the lower half of a segment and the top of the 1 is a full mm. from the drapery. On the reverse, the large well formed 5 has a curved top, is higher and tipped more to the left than 0. ED nearly touch at base (PCGS # 6144) .
