1863 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Proof 67 Ultra Cameo. Fully white gem. Without doubt the most visually stunning feature of this coin is its soft, frosted mint luster on the devices that produce a full "ultra" effect against the mirrored field. Full swirling mirrors, to be precise, cover both sides. In order to understand the superb grade further, notice that the coin is struck with care only now and then found; when it comes to the occasional softness at the high points, this piece received a full blow by the dies. Use it as a reference piece. Use it anyway you please. Just give it a strong bid. Only 460 proofs struck. Pop 2; none finer (PCGS # 4756) .
